Return policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 30 days of the original shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges. Returned merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Final sale items may not be returned and we do not process exchanges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged or the incorrect product was shipped. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for any returns of unwanted items.

What is the return process?

All returns must include the original packing slip or the name and email address associated with the order. Please allow 7 business days for us to process your return. As soon as your return is processed and you have been issued a refund, you will automatically be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address on your order. Do you process exchanges?

Yes, we do.. If you'd like a different size than you originally ordered, you must return the item and place a new order. We will refund you for the original order as soon as the merchandise arrives at our warehouse and your return is processed within the standard 7 business day timeline.
